Firstly, I gave to much of my clients money away to companies that charged for tools. So email marketing software, social media management tools, course builders and so on. Those tools are needed, there’s no way to change that, but instead of giving away there’s and my money I should have found a way to be able to charge and keep that myself.
And secondly, I didn’t plan for my tough times. And for me those tough times included seven long years of IVF and having to plan to take time out of my business. Time out was money lost, and that had to stop.
Having pivoted from a decade-long career in digital marketing to immerse myself in HighLevel’s revolutionary software in 2020, I attained certification as a HighLevel professional in 2024. Operating my own white-label version of HighLevel under the Sales Ember brand, augmented with custom enhancements, I’ve honed my skills in seamlessly integrating and optimising this platform across various business domains, particularly catering to those seeking comprehensive CRM and marketing control.
However, my true passion lies in empowering other agencies to enhance their profitability and provide full digital marketing and marketing tools to their clients, rather than losing them to large corporate SaaS entities. That’s why I specialise in assisting agencies keen on offering SaaS-based services, whether solely SaaS or incorporating additional digital marketing tools.
